Lavender, Chamomile & Hibiscus Flowers 


Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia) Flowers:

These flowers petals are great for a tea, fragrance mesh bags, an incense, and flowers in the bath.

Why Lavender? It has been known to be relaxing for the body, relive stress,

To make a Tea: bring water to a boil, add in dried lavender flowers and let it steep for an average of 8 minutes. Add a teaspoon of honey or lemon (optional) Strain & Enjoy.

To make a Mesh Bag: use about a tablespoon in a small mesh bag and hide within your clothes, in your car, under your pillow etc.

To use as Incense: in a small dish; add about a teaspoon of lavender and lite it and Enjoy the scent.

To add to Bath: in warm water add about a half/to full cup of flowers and relax in a flower bath.

Chamomile Flowers (Matricaria Chamomilla): 

These flowers are great for tea and a bath as well.

Why Chamomile? It has been known to be very relaxing for the body, helps with unset stomach, menstrual cramping, stress, acne, dandruff, regulating sleep and much more.

To make a Tea: bring water to boil, add in about a tablespoon of dried chamomile flowers and steep for about 5 minutes for an enjoyable chamomile tea (any time longer than 5/6 minutes can become bitter). Add a teaspoon of  honey or lemon as desired. Strain & Enjoy!

To add to Bath:   in a warm bath add about a half/to full cup of flowers and relax in a calming flower bath.

Hibiscus Flowers (Hibiscus Sabdariffa):

This flower makes a wonderful healthy tea and was a beautiful color bath.

Why Hibiscus?  For many years it has been used for yes calming of the body’s nerves, blood flow during menstruation, hormone balance, detox, an organic acid booster, lowering blood pressure and much more.

To make Tea:  In a cup of hot water, open your tea strainer and add in about a teaspoon of dried hibiscus flowers and let it steep for about 8 minutes for a nice dark hibiscus tea. Remove your tea strainer and enjoy.  Add a teaspoon of  honey or lemon as desired. Stir & Enjoy!
